Welcome To L’Olivier
A charming restaurant in the village of Le Brulat close to Le Castellet and Bandol. The building, dating back to 1594, has recently been lovingly restored to reflect its colourful history.
Our small frequently changing menu uses fresh food from local purveyors. Our chef creates dishes that are predominantly French but often he explores further afield reflecting on his travels.

Fruits & Meringue
Macerated red fruits with soft pink peppercorn and lemon meringue, basil ice cream
Blade of Beef
Twice cooked blade of beef with braised cabbage, caramelised shallot and a creamy foie gras sauce
Poached Hake & Chorizo
Fillet of hake gently cooked in olive oil with borlotti beans, chorizo and herb cream
Locally grown tomatoes make for the perfect chilled Gazpacho soup with goats cheese and olives
FLOUR & DOUGH
Fresh bread in preparation using local wild rosemary. Baked in house.
